06-08-2025: The Kotobuki is back in stock. Don't be alarmed by the price; it's really outrageous at the moment. Production is very low (due to a disappointing harvest) and demand is very high (Matcha is really breaking through now).

Green Matcha Premium Kotobuki is of excellent quality, suitable for the Japanese tea ceremony, with a slight spiciness and a very mild flavour. Kotobuki is a Japanese word meaning 'long life' or 'happiness'.
