Description
Golden Milk Spices - suggestions for use:
- Basic recipe: bring 15 g together with 0.5 L milk (or plant-based alternatives such as almond milk, oat milk, soya milk, coconut milk) to the boil and then simmer gently for 5-10 minutes. Pour through a sieve into a pot, glass, cup or mug.
- Add sugar/honey to taste.
- Garnish with a pinch of turmeric powder, a slice of ginger and/or a cinnamon stick, if desired.
- Variations: add a pinch of nutmeg and/or a few cloves to the boiling milk.
