Yellow Buds – organic yellow tea

Yellow Buds is a unique and exclusive tea made from select top buds from the Enshi region, recognisable by the subtle yellow hairs woven through the leaves.

This tea is made in the spring from young leaf buds and undergoes a drying process combined with gentle fermentation. The tea is then exposed to a slightly humid environment, triggering a maturation process that releases new aromatic components. Only a handful of tea masters have mastered this skill. The eggshell-coloured infusion surprises with fruity-sweet flavour nuances and is an extremely rare delicacy in limited edition.
