Coconut flakes – organic fruit
Coconut, the dried creamy white flesh scraped into medium-sized flakes, approximately 3-6 mm.
Please note: coconut flesh contains oil. If you pour boiling water over it, small oil spots will appear on the infusion. We use this coconut in our tea and chai blends (and in our delicious brownies, but that's a whole other part of our business ;-) and don't find it undesirable.
