Ordering and delivery time

In this online shop, you will always find our current tea wholesale range with the corresponding prices. We do not send out catalogues, price lists, order forms, or brochures with new products and seasonal offers.

In the online shop, you can quickly find your products using filters and/or the search function. You can save products that interest you as favourites and view your order history. And you can always see exactly what the order will cost, including any shipping costs.

Orders in the online shop travel along a kind of fast track through De Theefabriek: your order rolls directly and automatically out of the printer to our production staff, so they can start working on it as quickly as possible. Invoicing and shipping are also almost entirely automated.

Orders placed by telephone, email, etc. must be processed manually, which takes extra time and money, for which we unfortunately have to charge an administration fee of €5.00.

The average delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium is two to three working days. During busy periods, for large orders and for deliveries further away in Europe, this can sometimes take a few extra working days. In the unlikely event that parts of the order are out of stock and are already on their way to us, we sometimes wait a few days until they arrive so that we can ship the order in its entirety. If it takes longer, we will deliver later, provided the order is large enough.
