Returns and warranty

Incorrectly ordered products, excessively ordered products and products that do not meet the realistic wishes and/or expectations of the recipient can be returned. However, there are a number of restrictions and conditions attached to the possibility of returning products!

Tea, herbs, spices, fruit, and candy and cane sugar products can only be returned in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging. Opened and damaged packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances in order to maintain food safety in the chain.

Tea, herbs, spices and fruit are packaged to order. When crediting these returned products, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted. This is because it is not always possible to quickly sell the returned packaging units to another customer. In most cases, we will open the packaging and add the contents to the general stock so that it can be quickly sold again in another packaging unit. In doing so, we lose the packaging material and the packaging work that has been done.

Private label products and special orders can never be returned.

If you wish to return something, always contact us first using the service form below before taking any further action. Initial contact must always be made within 7 days of receiving the products. Later notifications may not be processed.

The costs and risk of returning the goods are at your own expense. After we have received the returned goods, we will issue a credit invoice and refund all or part of any amount paid in advance.

Oops… complaint!

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong during the processing of an order. Despite our extensive checks before dispatch, a quality issue may have been overlooked, or something may have happened during transport, resulting in damage to packaging or products. We may also have delivered the wrong products and/or too few products. Or two parcels may have been mixed up during shipment. Or a product may differ significantly from our presentation in the webshop.

We will, of course, always generously seek a suitable solution. This can vary from crediting (part of) the invoice to resending products. Please submit your complaint using the service form below. The first contact must always take place within 7 days of receipt of the products. It is therefore important to check deliveries for discrepancies in good time! Later reports run the risk of not being processed.

RMA form

    We ontvangen graag één of meer duidelijke foto's (in gif/png/jpg/jpeg/pdf-formaat, maximaal 5 mb per bestand) van verkeerd geleverde producten, beschadigde producten of andere problemen die je hebt geconstateerd. Indien het thee, kruiden, specerijen of fruit betreft, dan ook graag een foto van het product-etiket en het batch/tht-stickertje.
