Black Chai Matcha – Latte premix – organic black tea

Black Chai Matcha Latte premix is a real convenience product for the hospitality industry. Black tea from India is mixed in this premix with chai spices, cane sugar and pectin. Cane sugar naturally provides the sweetness that is usually desired in Matcha Latte. Pectin gives the latte a little more thickness for a fuller mouthfeel.

Because Black Chai Matcha Latte Premix does not contain milk powder and is completely vegan, it can be combined with frothed milk, for example from the Lattiz, or with frothed oat milk, soy milk or almond milk, as required for the various target groups in the hospitality industry.

To prepare one Chai Latte, use approximately 10 g of this premix and 200 ml of milk or plant-based drink, which is a cost price of approximately 75 pence for the ingredients.
