Green Matcha – Korea – organic green tea
The tea plants, which originate from Japan, are grown with the utmost care, attention and love on the South Korean volcanic island of Jeju.
The tea leaves have grown slowly in the shade, giving them a natural sweetness. During processing using the latest Japanese techniques, the leaves are stripped of their stems and veins and slowly ground so that the delicate green tea does not heat up and burn due to friction.
