Larger bulk bags in a three-layer material (Kraft paper 50 µm / BOPA 15 µm / PE 90 µm) with excellent barrier properties for storing tea, herbs, spices, etc. No aluminium!
With a handy, large, rectangular filling opening. Sealable with a 'serious' sealing device, approximately 1 cm below the top of the bag. The customer can open the 'zip', behind which a grip closure is hidden, leaving a perfectly resealable storage bag.
We use these bags every day in the tea wholesale trade to package tea, herbs, spices and fruit in bulk, in quantities from 500 g to 4 kg. We believe the big advantage of these 'block bottom bags 3.0' is that the filling opening is spacious and rectangular in shape, so you can fill them quickly and without spilling, much better than with doypacks/stand-up pouches, for example. And because of the 'brick shape' of the filled bags, the outer boxes can also be filled much more efficiently. For retailers, the bag is slightly less accessible than a stand-up pouch, but often the shop tin is only refilled once or twice, for example.
