A fine, pruner-picked, broken leaf tea from the vicinity of Rize, northeastern Turkey. Turkish tea is traditionally made into a strong extract by boiling the tea with a small amount of water. This extract is then later reconstituted with water, and often quite a bit of sugar. This tea has a full, nutty aroma and flavor.
