Coconut chips (f/org)
Coconut, the dried creamy white pulp scraped into nice chips of about 1-5cm.
Note that coconut pulp contains oil. When you pour boiling water on it, little oil eyes appear on the infusion. Among other things, we use this coconut in our tea and chai blends (and in our super delicious brownies, but that’s a whole other part of our business ๐ and do not experience it as undesirable ourselves.
