Coconut flakes (f/org)
Coconut, the dried creamy white pulp scraped into medium size flakes, about 3-6 mm.
Note that coconut pulp contains oil. When you pour boiling water on it, little oil eyes appear on the infusion. We use this coconut, among other things, in our tea and chai blends (and in our super delicious brownies, but that’s a whole other part of our business ๐ and do not experience it as undesirable ourselves.
