Lapsang Souchong (b/org)
Lapsang Souchong in a medium smoked leaf tea from Fujian. After fermentation, the tea leaves are dried over fire, giving the tea its characteristic smoky aroma. This variety is dried over resinous softwood, has a campfire-like smoke scent, is mild-potent in character and full-bodied in flavor.
