Anh Trang Moonlight White (w/org)

Anh Trang (known in China as Yue Guang Bai) is a very special tea, both the appearance of the dry tea and the infusion in the cup. One side of the sheet is white, the other black.

The tea is picked early in spring, and lightly wilted at night (“Moonlight White”) and then dried with warm air passed through the leaf.

The infusion has the color of a dark oolong or light black tea. The taste is surprisingly versatile, sweet and malty, but also floral and fresh, with a distinct Yunnan character. Elements of white, oolong and black tea are present.
