Ordering and delivery time

In the online store you will always find our current assortment with the corresponding prices. We do not send catalogs, price lists, order forms, novelties and seasonal offers.

In the online store you can use filters and/or the search function to quickly find your products. You can save favorites and view your order history. And you always see exactly what the order will cost you, including any shipping costs.

Orders in the online store pass through The Tea Factory on a kind of highway: your order rolls directly and automatically out of the printer to our production staff, so they can start working on it as soon as possible. Billing and shipping are also almost completely automated.

Orders by phone, email etc. we have to process manually, this takes extra time and money for which unfortunately we have to charge you €5.00 administration fee.

The average delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium is two to three business days. During busy periods, for large orders and for deliveries further away in Europe, this can sometimes increase by several working days. If parts of the order unexpectedly turn out to be insufficient in stock, and they are already on their way to us, we sometimes wait a few days for them to arrive in order to ship the order in its entirety. If it takes longer, we will deliver after, provided the order is sufficiently large.
