Kraft paper-BOPA-PE block bottom bulk bags with grip closure

Larger bulk bags in a three-layer material (Kraft paper 50 µm / BOPA 15 µm / PE 90 µm) with excellent barrier properties for storing tea, herbs, spices, etc. Without aluminum!

With a convenient, large, rectangular filling opening. Seal with a “serious” sealer, about 1 cm below the top of the bag. The customer can open the “zipper,” behind which a grip closure is hidden, leaving an excellent resealable storage bag.

We use these bags daily in tea wholesale for tea, herbs, spices and fruit bulk packaging, in quantities from 500 g to 4 kg. We think the big advantage of these “block bottom bags 3.0” is that the filler opening is generously and rectangularly shaped, so you can fill quickly and without any mess, much better than with doypacks/stash bags, for example. And because of the “brick shape” of the filled bags, the outer boxes are also much more efficient to fill. For the retailer, the bag is a little less accessible than a doypack/stash bag, but often the store can is only refilled once or twice anyway, for example.

• 200 x 110 x 380 mm, suitable for packing approximately 1-2 kg of tea of medium coarseness, packed per 25 pcs.
