Kraft paper-AL-CPP stand-up pouches/doypacks with grip closure

Kraft paper stand-up pouches, also called doypacks, in a three-layer material (Kraft paper 50 µm / AL 7 µm / CPP 60 µm) with excellent barrier properties for storing tea, herbs, spices and the like.

Features a convenient grip closure for easy (re)sealing. Also sealable with a “serious” sealing device. Seal about 1 cm below the top of the pouch, so the customer can easily remove the seal with the tearing tool (small notches) and be left with an excellent resealable storage pouch.

Stand-up pouches/doypacks have a fairly flat, oval shape when filled, making them good for mailbox mail, for example. In fact, when filling and sealing, you can control a bit how “thick” they become. This does not work with block bottom bags.

We always use the smallest size ourselves for packing samples of tea, about 8 g. The same pouch also lends itself well to packing about 35 g of Matcha.

Available in three sizes and three packaging units.

• 85mm wide, 138mm high, maximum depth when fully unfolded bottom surface 40mm. Capacity: 0.1 liter.
• 110mm wide, 184mm high, maximum depth when fully unfolded bottom surface 55mm. Capacity: 0.25 liters.
• 131mm wide, 223mm high, maximum depth when fully unfolded bottom surface 55mm. Capacity: 0.5 liters.
