Brown Candy strands – 5 kg

The primal form of candy: candy strands, in which one grows large sugar crystals very slowly on cotton threads. This brown candy is very dark brown, created by using a caramel solution.

For use, one always breaks and cuts off a piece of the strand. The strands are highly variable in shape and thickness. Also very nice to put, for example, in 15 cm pieces upright in a glass or the like. Or to hang in the Christmas tree 😉
